Agricultural Bank, the nation’s biggest lender by customers, plans to sell a 15 percent stake in an IPO in Shanghai and Hong Kong, according to a June 4 prospectus. The Beijing-based lender will price its shares at 2.5 yuan-2.6 yuan each, the 21st Century Business Herald said on May 7, citing unidentified people close to the underwriters.
