Sept. 14 (Bloomberg) — Al Hunt, executive editor at Bloomberg News, talks about a Bloomberg National Poll on President Barack Obama’s job approval rating. A majority of Americans don’t believe the president’s $447 billion jobs plan will help lower the unemployment rate, and Americans disapprove of his handling of the economy by 62 percent to 33 percent, the poll conducted Sept. 9-12 shows.
